Packsback have invested in a new operations centre which is staffed to support our clients and our standalone booking portal. The Operations Centre is available from 9.00am until 9pm. It is here where our experienced staff check customer availability and co-ordinate all the appointments. We do not attend appointments where confirmation is not gained but we continue to make appointments up until 9pm. We also check for supporting documentation & ID and re-book any appointments that have cancelled or change circumstances.

Our new easy to use web based booking portal, Quo Fas, allows full control with time specific slots anywhere in the UK, including same day coverage. It also provides complete case tracking & full access to our operational notes. The system also provides, email & text updates for appointment confirmations & milestone updates. Quo Fas will also provide full management information with reports that can be exported to excel instantly.
