Work Flow
Individual user will submit collection details on PB portal. Packs are submitted electronically
Operations will contact customer to confirm booking, availability of supporting documentation if required and any other qualifying questions. We also check the customer is happy to sign on arrival
Operations will call agents in postcode areas to tender job
Job will be Allocated. Both Client & Agent will receive confirmation by SMS & Email
Agent will receive all documentation as a PDF by Email
Packsback will confirm appointment on scheduled day with client an hour before.
Agent will conduct sign up with client.
Agent will upload signed docs. Originals will be returned by TNT.
